Free radon test kits in Washington

OpenLimited supply of free kits

Washington has free kits and asks something in return. The health department says its supply is limited and asks that you only request a kit if you are actually going to use it. That is a fair request and worth taking seriously, since every kit sitting unused in a drawer is one another household did not get. Once you have it, the test is a few days in the lowest room you spend time in. Order through the Department of Health. If the supply has gone, short term kits are sold in hardware stores.
